The 15k jack was used on the rear of Tiffins it has a distinctly shaped gearbox. The 7.5 and 10k units have more of a rectangular shape where the 15k comes to a bit of a point tapering towards the front.

Please verify if your current leveler is a 2 wire 1 connector or 5 wire 2 connector assembly.
